Diamond Cutting
With diamond cutting wheel refurbishment a surface layer of the wheel is cut and removed from the wheel using a diamond CNC machine, revealing the original aluminium shine. Once done the alloy wheel is sealed with a lacquer coat to ensure the end result lasts and your wheels stay looking beautiful.
Split rim wheels
Split rim wheel refurbishment is one of our specialities. Every split rim alloy wheel is different and there are lots of different techniques that can be used to bring your split rim wheel back to its original glory. Even if you are just wanting a change we can use standard painting, powder coating, polishing and diamond cutting to give you a look.
Motorcycle wheels
Motorcycle wheels don’t normally suffer from kerb damage in the same way as car wheels, but damage does happen or you might just be wanting a refreshed look for your bike. We will renew your bikes wheels using standard painting or powder coating, on some wheels we can even use diamond cutting. Please contact us to see how we can help.

Colour Refurbishment
Our colour alloy wheel refurbishment service involves refurbishing, rejuvenating and re-painting scratched, kerbed or corroded alloy wheels. Bringing them back to showroom finish standards and painted in the colour of your choice.
Standard colour options
At Lepsons we have a range of standard colours (and standard finishes) which provide a good starting point when choosing the effect that you want to achieve for your refurbished wheels. In many cases our standard colours will enable you to achieve either an exact match to your original paint finish, or a very close match.
Existing colour match
If you need less than four wheels refurbished or if you want to get a closer match to your existing wheels then you can ask us to colour code the wheels during the refurbishment process or you can provide us with the required colour details if you already have the colour code.
Custom colours
If you would like us to produce a wheel that involves multiple colours, unusual features or a combination of colours plus diamond cutting then give us a call to discuss the possibilities. Once we understand your requirements we will then produce a quote to meet your specific needs.
Chrome paint finishes
Chrome paint finishes give you the same effect as diamond cutting without the need to use a CNC machine to remove a layer from the wheel. The Lepsons selection of chrome paint finishes include silver chrome, black chrome and American nickel chrome.
